Recent
Improvements in the Super Trader Program

Over
the past year, we've made
some important improvements to our Super Trader Program which add
even more value for the Super Traders.
Super Trader Only Workshops.
Right now we have the Annual Super Trader Summit but
eventually we plan to do as many as three exclusive Super Trader
workshops each year open only to our Super Traders.
The Annual Super Trader Summit remains free to all Super
Traders and graduates, space permitting.
At the Summit, we cover a range of topics with a heavy
emphasis on systems. Presentations
cover the following topics:
§
Super Trader
findings on their in-depth testing of one or more of the trading
systems we teach. Importantly,
the testing and trading provide SQNTM results for each
market type.
§
New systems not yet
taught at our workshops (which are often developed and traded by
Super Traders.)
§
Business level
systems and topics critical to trading business success.
§
A review my latest
research findings as well as an exploration of areas for new
research.
The
Super Trader Playbook.
We are currently extensively researching trading results
for all of the systems presented in my books and workshops.
I have three preliminary goals for this playbook:
o
Determine the beliefs
behind each of our systems to see how they are useful and how they
are limiting.
o
Calculate the overall
system quality of each system and the SQN for each system in each
market type.
o
Impart to each Super Trader
a deep understanding of the plays in the playbook and which ones
fit their psychology and market beliefs.
My
end goal for the Playbook is that each Super Trader has a resource
of systems from which they can find at least one system that fits
them and has a SQNTM of
5.0 or more for each market type.
Guiding
Lessons. I originally
developed these lessons to cover just the first six months of the
Super Trader program and get everyone up to speed. I personally
review these lessons and makes suggestions for each Super
Trader’s personal improvement.
I have recently expanded the lessons to help the Super
Traders better digest and integrate information throughout the
program.
NEW
On-Site Training Facility.
We are installing the highest quality audio visual equipment in
our new workshop facility and by the end of 2009, we will be able
to stream through the Internet live video of our workshops.
Our plan is to
provide this service exclusively for our Super Traders so that
they can attend workshops without leaving home.
This will open up the Super Trader program for clients in
far-away locations like Asia and Australia.
Payment
Plan. I have found that our previous optional six month program payment plan
has worked so well that I have made it standard. While I expect
our Super Traders to be committed, this does allow them the
possibility of going on sabbatical should an important life event
come up that interferes with their program.
New
Staff Member. I
recently hired RJ Hixson who completed the Super Trader Program
himself in 2008. He
understands well what we are trying to help people accomplish.
RJ is available as an additional resource for Super Traders
that would like some mentoring or assistance with one of the
program areas.
I
have decided to cap the program at 25 Super Traders so it’s
nearly full right now.
I think I can coach that many Super Traders and
still be highly effective with them individually.
Once the program is full, I will close it to new entrants
until slots open up. I’ll
also be raising the price for new Super Traders when space does
open up again.
