Terms and Conditions for Reprinting Van Tharp Articles

To republish articles written by Van K. Tharp of The Van Tharp Institute, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

This agreement is by and between The Van Tharp Institute and/or their assigns and all subscribers. Unless the context requires otherwise, The Van Tharp Institute. and/or their assigns shall be referred to as 'us, we, or our' and you shall be referred to as 'you, your or subscriber.'

1.       Services to Be Provided. We agree to allow you to use articles written by Van K. Tharp for the purposes of electronic newsletter or website use. 

2.       Stipulations. You will be allowed to post these articles and give the articles to other interested parties under the stipulations that you and other parties 

§         add the pre-written biographical information of the author, 

§         keep all links in article active and correctly linked, and 

§         do not delete or alter the content of these articles.

3.      Termination. We may request the removal of these articles:

§         if you violate our stipulations; 

§         promote The Van Tharp Institute in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate; or

§         for any reason, in our sole discretion. 

4.       We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by you, whether indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential, including, by not limited to, loss of data or service interruptions, regardless of cause or fault. We are not responsible for your lost profits or for your loss of data or information. If notwithstanding this clause, we are held liable to you.
